Message from Founder & CEO
Manzoor Yousaf

Greetings! I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Good Shepherd 4 You Ltd, overseeing the Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Clarendon Court Care Home and Good Shepherd Domiciliary Care. Our company is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is dedicated to providing person-centered care of the highest quality. Our unique service delivery model focuses on enabling individuals to restore, recover, and rejuvenate with the support of our expert multi-disciplinary health team.

With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including 15 years in the United Kingdom, I have always had a vision of providing safe and accessible high-quality healthcare to the community. Throughout my career, I have excelled in managing complex care patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and intensive and advanced care. I have had the privilege of working both in the community and in reputable NHS healthcare facilities and hospitals in the UK and Middle East. To further enhance my expertise, I became the first oncology nurse in Pakistan and obtained certification as a registered manager in the UK.
